REAMS is led by our founder and CEO, Alistair Clements, who oversees the entire group on a global basis, splitting his time between the USA and Europe. A dynamic and entrepreneurial executive director, with a first-class record of achievement spanning over 20 years. Alistair’s core focus is innovation, to deliver exceptional service through a flexible approach that is delivered to suit the individual client needs across FM organisations and building occupiers.
Kevin has extensive senior management experience originating from a background in the utilities industry. He joined REAMS as Chief Finance Officer from Amey PLC where he was Finance Director. Kevin has a strong pedigree in the asset management industry and has also been involved in many corporate finance and acquisition transactions both in the UK and overseas. Outside of REAMS, Kevin likes to play football and is an avid Liverpool fan.
Graeme, our Strategic Development Director, has over 22 years’ experience of technical facilities management and an extensive track record in international facilities management and critical engineering. His background is firmly rooted in strategic Facilities and Asset Management, he’s mobilised and delivered facilities management and asset management programmes to some of the largest client estates in the UK and Europe.
Craig, our CTO, is a technology leader with over fifteen years’ experience managing the full software development lifecycle; from pre-sales consultancy through to delivery and support, as well as management. His technical background, with strong architecture & development experience, along with his experience within a number of sectors is key to providing our business, and our clients, with guidance on technology and system architecture, while leading the development of our ELIAS technology.
Dan, our Strategic Account Director, has spent over 15 years in the facilities management sector. Starting with Initial Building services before working in various commercial facing roles where he was responsible for sales growth through key account management. At REAMS his focus will be on developing ‘best in class’ asset management solutions for our blue chip clients. Having worked for both single service line providers and national facilities management companies, he brings vast experience and knowledge of the end to end processes required to deliver a best in class service.
Lauren, our Digital Marketing Manager, is a communications professional who joined REAMS in March 2019 with over five years’ experience in the public relations and communications sector after working for agencies and large organisations such as Capita and Amey. She has experience and skills in internal and external communications, press, social media, stakeholder management and campaign management and will use these skills to increase awareness of the REAMS brand. In her spare time Lauren enjoys going to gigs and doing research and writing as one day she hopes to write her own books.
Mike, our Senior Project Manager, is an adaptable process driven Operations/Contracts Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the facilities management and FMCG industry. Mike has a wide and varied background in successfully delivering to some of the most challenging clients and difficult contracts across the UK. Mike’s been part of REAMS for nearly two years and is responsible for the operational project delivery for mechanical & engineering services and fabric asset verification and condition surveys. When he’s not working, Mike’s a drummer in a south Wales rock and roll band.
Steve, our ELIAS Implementation Manager, has significant experience of managing and delivering complex asset management projects to our clients in both private and public sectors. Steve joined REAMS to support our scheduling and programme management for multi-country asset management projects by utilising his planning and scheduling experience. Steve was an integral part in the creation of our ELIAS data collection application and currently liaises with the projects and ELIAS teams to ensure projects fit in with the client’s requirements. Steve is one of our longest serving employees and spends his weekends walking his boxer Kai.
John McCarthy, our Asset Strategy Manager, is a Member of the Institute of Asset Management and holder of both the Diploma and Certificate in Asset Management. With over 35 years of experience, John has a wide-ranging understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements and has experience in criticality profiling of buildings, locations and services, which is used to influence informed decisions around cost, risk and performance. Outside of REAMS, John has decided to go to the Australian Outback for his first trip abroad.
Mike joined REAMS in 2016 having spent time working in the outsourced property management sector and after spending a long career in the Royal Navy. Mike's responsible for engineering, technical and regulatory standards within REAMS both internally, within ELIAS, and across our engineering and surveying resource base, and externally, into our individual projects and clients. Mike oversees our accreditation to quality and management standards including ISO 9001 and he chairs the company’s health and safety committee. Mike’s hobbies include sailing, in around the Solent and motor homing with the grand kids on weekend breaks.
Justin is an experienced product owner and design consultant with a sixteen-year history of working with global businesses, development teams and enterprise software systems across the UK and Europe. He has a vast amount of skills and experience and his technical knowledge and past experience will be helping him be the conduit between the ELIAS development team, our surveyors, management team and our clients. Outside of REAMS, Justin is a keen landscape and wildlife photographer.
Greg, joined REAMS following our acquisition of Steady Hawk. Greg has extensive experience working with clients all over the UK focusing on the use of UaV's and point cloud scanning. Greg will be focusing on expanding the use of this technology and enhancing REAMS’ core service offering. Greg and his wife once drove across America, Route 66 & the West coast, in an RV and now have the ambition of doing the same across Europe. He also has a huge interest in technology so spends his spare time flying drones, riding electric skateboards and exploring Virtual Reality.
Nigel joins us from Rider Levett Bucknall, a leading independent organisation in cost management and quantity surveying, project management and advisory services. His focus will be assisting in the design and development of our ELIAS software, in particular the fabric surveying software and the Capital Expenditure Planning modules. He will provide technical advice on bid activity and help improve the structure of the commercial offering to reflect the change to a data driven market. He will also provide advice to the operational team, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our project delivery for our clients.
Sarah, our PA and Senior Administrator, has been with REAMS for over five years when she joined as Assistant to Commercial Manager and has since gone through a series of promotions. Prior to joining REAMS, Sarah worked in a mental health hospital but spent her time trying to get into office-based work. She has since gained a lot of skills and continues to develop herself within her roles. Outside of REAMS Sarah loves to spend time with her two-year-old son, taking him out to experience new places. She also likes to dance and try new flavours of gin.
Claudia, our Finance Assistant, has nearly six years’ experience in the corporate Finance sector developing her knowledge and skills with companies including Kohler and Dyson Ltd. She joined REAMS in January 2020 and brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge to the team. Claudia can speak three languages Italian, English and basic Spanish and aspires to become a fully qualified and experienced chartered accountant.
