REAMS was appointed to support the European mobilisation of the bank’s facilities management contract. The project consisted of 27 individual sites located across 18 different countries including France, Germany, Israel, The Netherlands, Ukraine, Italy and Greece.
During the challenging project, REAMS was tasked with carrying out a detailed building services asset and condition survey at each location. The project was considered to be on the critical path and was delivered within a 10 week time window, using the ELIAS surveying, data analytics and capital expenditure platform.
The data was aggregated and formatted and individual site reports were provided to the client and their stakeholders. The bank were able to work with their FM provider and execute a bulk data load into their CAFM platform.
