REAMS was engaged by the client to support the procurement of facilities management services at 18 of their major car showroom and service centres across the UK.
The client was preparing to go out to the market to procure a bundled hard services FM contract and seeking to work with a dynamic service provider to maintain the asset base across their estate. Engaging REAMS allowed the client to issue detailed site information within the tender documentation, to prospective vendors that included clear and accurate information on the condition and volume of their assets, and a prospective five year capital expenditure plan.
The brand is known for luxury vehicles, buses, coaches, and trucks and the retail division is focused on pre-sales, sales and after sales support to its customers, operating 18 major sales and servicing outlets in the UK.
