REAMS was appointed by the facilities management provider to complete an M&E asset verification survey at this landmark HQ building in central London. The survey captured condition and life cycle elements, and included the application of QR tags across identified assets. The broader scope included a fire door audit and assessment.
The project, was deemed to be on a critical path for the client and REAMS was able to deliver the project in a two week period during the festive period, with the on-site team working twelve hour days and seven day weeks to meet the clients requirements.
The survey was carried out using REAMS’ in-house ELIAS surveying application and detailed site reports and data exports were produced utilising the analytics and reporting interface, five year CAPEX budgets were produced and immediate items for resolution on the estate were identified and addressed as a priority.
The resulting data was bulk-uploaded to the clients’ CAFM platform, to enable the generation of a planned maintenance regime.
