REAMS was appointed by Alstom to work with their facilities management provider to carry out an M&E asset verification survey, a building condition survey along with a detailed height survey, utilising our bespoke UAV surveying technology, across all of the clients 50 buildings located at their site in West London.
The aim of the exercise was to provide Alstom and their supply chain with detailed expenditure profiles and schedules of prioritised project works supported with an exceptional level of technical detail and focus. This would allow the service providers to adequately resource and plan to deliver against the project plans ensuring a close alignment to Alstom’s business need and continuing operations.
Alstom is a French multinational company operating worldwide in rail transport markets, active in the fields of passenger transportation, signalling and locomotives, with products including the AGV, TGV, Eurostar and Pendolino high-speed trains, in addition to suburban, regional and metro trains.

Verify volume, condition and life cycle of M&E assets
Provide life cycle planning and costs for 5 year CAPEX programme

Reporting suites produced per building, based on cost and condition
5 year life cycle plans prioritised and budgeted
