We're looking for surveyors!

REAMS is currently recruiting for a number of fabric and M+E Engineering Surveyors and Building Surveyors to fill several current and upcoming contracts across the UK.

We undertake asset and building condition surveys for several prestigious clients throughout the UK, Europe and America, and due to several significant project wins, we’re looking for additional resources to help us fulfil these projects.

We’re looking for those with a proven engineering, maintenance or building services background. Previous surveying or asset management experience would be an advantage but not an essential requirement. Training in asset capture software and surveying principles will be provided.

M+E

What we look for:

Qualifications – Time served as a maintenance engineer or min ONC Building Services Electrical or Mechanical
Experience – Knowledge of electronic equipment usage (must be able to use a tablet or laptop), must have three years’ relevant experience

Fabric

What we look for:

Qualifications – Ideally RICS member, time served as a maintenance engineer or min ONC Building Services Building or Construction
Experience – Knowledge of electronic equipment usage (must be able to use a tablet or laptop, must have three years’ relevant experience
