In addition, REAMS were tasked with implementing a barcoding regime and delivering a cost plan, identifying remedial works to bring the estate up to standard, and also future works covering the duration of the contract.

REAMS worked with engineering and ICT team members to develop the specification and brief with a defined set of outputs, that would meet the project objectives.

The project involved the surveying and assessment of 15 corporate locations through the UK, totalling some 40,000m2.

Individual site reports were produced following the surveying of all locations and assets utilising our in-house data collection system. Asset data, PPM regimes and labour allocation were loaded into the client's CONCEPT system, allocating work orders and reporting principles.
